ChadDAO (We are building an actual DAO unlike every other project that advertised this)

At Chad Culture, our goal is to build more than just an NFT collection; we want to create a community that celebrates the spirit of the alpha and empowers its members to take control of their financial future. To that end, we've created ChadDAO, a decentralized autonomous organization that will be the backbone of our community.

ChadDAO is a community-driven platform that allows our members to have a direct say in the direction of the Chad Culture collection. Every holder of our NFTs will have the opportunity to participate in the DAO, giving them a voice in how the project evolves over time.

Royalty Fanout

One of our core values at Chad Culture is fairness, which is why we're implementing a unique fan-out royalty system. When our NFTs are resold on secondary markets, a percentage of the sale price will be distributed equally among all current NFT holders. This means that every member of our community will have a chance to benefit from the success of the project, whether they're a seasoned collector or a first-time buyer.

We believe that this fan-out royalty system will help us build a more engaged and committed community. By giving every member a financial stake in the success of the project, we're aligning our interests and creating a sense of ownership among our members. It's our hope that this will foster a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among our community members, helping us to build something truly special together.

The Breakdown

Whenever a Chad is sold on a marketplace, a fee of 10% of the sale price is charged to the buyer. This fee is then distributed equally to all Chad holders, based on the number of Chads they own. So, the more Chads you hold, the higher your commission per sale.

For instance, if a Chad is sold for 10 SOL on Hyperspace, the fee charged will be 1 SOL (10% of the sale value). This fee will then be divided by the total number of Chads held by all holders, and the resulting commission will be distributed instantly to all Chad holders based on the number of Chads they own.

This unique system ensures that Chad holders benefit from high sale volumes and prices, something that we see with every top collection on Solana. It also enables them to take profit at any time without feeling guilty, as every Chad holder benefits from every sale of a Chad.
